Interactive sensitivity analysis for a MESA-compliant municipal CHP–PtX energy node

This tool models the economic structure of a MESA-architecture municipal energy node across four market scenarios (2025–2040). Profitability is grounded in three avoided-cost pillars — avoided fossil procurement, district heat sales (HPA), and avoided CO₂ liability — not in fuel market speculation. PtX upside is modelled as a real option with an explicit activation threshold (electricity spot < 35 €/MWh), not as a base-case revenue stream.

This tool is derived from ACI diagnostic work on Finland's structural energy system constraints. It does not constitute an investment recommendation. Parameters are fully adjustable — results reflect user-defined assumptions.

SGFA 4.0 is a municipal implementation programme based on the MESA architecture. It is not an ACI programme.
